Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders resulting from pricing errors, inventory shortages, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Payment is due at the time an order is placed.

Because our products are perishable food and beverage items, returns are generally not accepted.

Shipping

To help maintain product quality, Snowcap Cold Brew currently ships only to destinations that can typically be reached within approximately two business days from Vermont.

Online orders are generally shipped on Mondays. If Monday falls on a holiday, orders will typically ship on the next available business day.

Our products are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs to help maintain product quality during transit and should be refrigerated promptly upon delivery.

Because our products require refrigeration upon delivery, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical shipping address where your order can be received and refrigerated promptly.

While we carefully package every shipment, Snowcap Cold Brew is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
