Shipping Policy

At Snowcap Cold Brew, we take shipping seriously because great cold brew deserves to arrive cold.
To help ensure your coffee arrives in the best possible condition, we currently ship online orders according to the following policy.
Shipping Area
Snowcap Cold Brew currently ships to select U.S. states that can typically be reached within approximately two business days from Vermont.
This allows us to maintain product quality throughout the shipping process.
As we continue to grow, we look forward to expanding our shipping footprint while maintaining the same commitment to freshness.
Shipping Schedule
Online orders are generally shipped every Monday.
Shipping at the beginning of the week helps reduce the possibility of your package being delayed over a weekend while in transit.
If Monday falls on a holiday, orders will typically ship on the next available business day.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packed with an insulated box liner and ice packs to help maintain product quality during shipment.
Although we take every reasonable step to keep your order cold during transit, we recommend refrigerating your coffee as soon as it is delivered.
Shipping Address Requirements
Because our products require refrigeration upon delivery, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Please provide a physical shipping address where your order can be received and refrigerated promptly after delivery.
Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
Please monitor your shipment and bring your package indoors and refrigerate it as soon as possible after delivery.
Shipping Delays
While we carefully prepare every shipment, delivery times are ultimately determined by the shipping carrier.
Snowcap Cold Brew is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
