Hey, I’m Lucas
I’m the owner and founder of Snowcap Brewing Co. - way back in 2016 I was a dedicated college student and an even more dedicated caffeine addict. I experienced my fair share of cold brew coffees available to Vermonters and after a fair bit of “market research” ;)
I decided that something was missing from the market. And so- in early 2016, I launched the glass bottled Snowcap Original Brew.
Since then-we’ve lost the glass but kept the craft, and the rest is history.

OUR INGREDIENTS
We stand behind on-the-go convenience & high-quality ingredients- with our sustainably sourced, 100% organic coffees, sweetened only by pure VT maple syrup.
Our beans are sourced organically by our friends at 802 Coffee Co & we partner with VT farmers for our maple syrup.
It takes a village, right? This is Vermont LOVE in a can.
